# FLUX > FLUX keeps products, stock, orders and customers in sync across Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, noon, Namshi, Odoo and ERPNext — in real time, with every change logged. FLUX (Every channel. One hub. Zero chaos.) is a multi-tenant e-commerce integration hub made by TECFY. It connects storefronts, marketplaces and ERPs so that products, categories, inventory, orders and customers stay in sync between them, in real time. Each merchant chooses which system leads for each kind of record, for example products and stock from the ERP and orders from every sales channel into the ERP. ## Integrations available today - Shopify (storefront): Products, collections, customers, orders, inventory - WooCommerce (storefront): Products, variations, categories, customers, orders - Amazon (marketplace): Listings, variations and real-time order notifications - noon (marketplace): Catalog link, pricing per country, orders - Namshi (marketplace): Listings, pricing and orders - Odoo (erp): Products, stock by warehouse, sales orders, invoices - ERPNext (erp): Items, item groups, customers, sales orders ## Planned integrations Salla, Zid, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Wix, PrestaShop, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Trendyol, SAP Business One, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Zoho Inventory, QuickBooks, Xero ## What it does - Real-time product, inventory, order and customer sync - Stock from several warehouses summed into each store location - Orders arrive in the ERP with the buyer and every product line matched - Payment methods mapped to journals, warehouses to locations - “Map only” linking of an existing catalog by SKU, writing nothing - Every sync logged; temporary failures retried automatically - Variants and full category trees - Field-level control over what each step may write - Loop-proof: changes FLUX made itself never echo back ## Who it is for - Retailers selling on their own store and on marketplaces such as Amazon and noon - Brands expanding in the Gulf, with per-country marketplace pricing - Businesses that run on an ERP (Odoo or ERPNext) as the source of truth - Small e-commerce teams ## How it works 1. Connect: add your stores, marketplaces and ERP. Most take an app key or a single sign-in. 2. Decide who leads: choose a source for each kind of record, and which fields each step may write. 3. Link what exists: match existing products by SKU and categories by name; map payment methods and warehouses once. 4. Leave it running: changes flow as they happen; failures are retried or wait with the reason attached. ## FAQ ### Which platforms can I connect today? Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, noon, Namshi, Odoo and ERPNext. Salla, Zid, eBay, Etsy, NetSuite and others are planned. ### My products already exist on every channel. Will FLUX create duplicates? No. Add a “Map only” step: FLUX finds each product by SKU and each category by name, records the link, and changes nothing on the platform. Whatever it can’t match, you link yourself using a search of that store. ### Who is the source of truth? You decide, for each kind of record. A common setup is products and stock from the ERP, and orders and customers from every sales channel into the ERP. Each step can also be limited to certain fields. ### What happens when a sync fails? It is logged. Temporary problems — a platform timing out, an order whose buyer hasn’t arrived yet — are retried automatically. Anything else shows you the reason, and you can run it again once it’s fixed. ### Can several warehouses feed one store? Yes. Map any number of warehouses onto each store location; FLUX adds up the available quantity and sends it, including zero when something sells out. ### Is it real time? Yes. FLUX listens to each platform’s webhooks or notification feed and syncs changes as they happen, with scheduled pulls as a safety net. ## Links - [Home](https://flux.sale/): product overview - [Create an account](https://dev.flux.sale/register): free to start, no credit card - [Log in](https://dev.flux.sale/login): the merchant console - [TECFY](https://tecfy.co/): the company behind FLUX
