    Each Namshi order becomes an Odoo sale order moments after Namshi announces it, with a scheduled pull as a safety net.

    Namshi→OdooReal time

    Namshi shares no buyer email, so FLUX creates one customer per order or one per country. Odoo needs a customer on every sale order.

  • Invoices and payments

    Namshi→OdooReal time

    Optional: create the invoice and register the payment in Odoo for each order.

  • Stock

    Odoo→NamshiScheduled

    Available quantity from your Odoo warehouses, mapped onto your Namshi warehouses.

Setting it up

    Connect Namshi with a sign-in or a service-account key, and enter your warehouse codes.

  2. 2

    Connect Odoo with an API key. On Odoo 17 or later, FLUX sets up the automation rules itself.

  3. 3

    Link your catalog: each Namshi listing is matched to the Odoo product with the same SKU.

  4. 4

    Turn on orders into Odoo, and stock and prices out to Namshi.

Limits, stated plainly

  • Orders are read-only on Namshi: fulfilment still happens in Namshi or your warehouse system.

  • FLUX does not create Namshi listings or import your Namshi catalog. It links listings that already exist.

  • Visibility is set per product, not per size or colour.

  • Warehouse codes may need to be typed in by hand, and stock is read from Odoo on a schedule.

Questions

Why can’t FLUX import my catalog from Namshi?

Namshi offers integrations no catalog export. Your products stay in Odoo, and FLUX links each Namshi listing to its Odoo product by SKU.

Can I sell on noon and Namshi from the same Odoo?

Yes. They are two FLUX connectors on the same noon Partner API, each with its own prices, warehouses and orders.

Which countries are supported?

Local prices for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, plus optional prices in US dollars for cross-border sales.
