What syncs

Each flow is a step you turn on, in the direction shown. Real time means FLUX reacts to the platform’s own notifications, with scheduled pulls as a safety net.

  • Orders

    noon→OdooReal time

    Each Fulfilled-by-Partner order becomes an Odoo sale order moments after noon announces it, with a scheduled pull over the last 14 days as a safety net.

  • Customers

    noon→OdooReal time

    noon shares no buyer email, so FLUX creates one customer per order or one per noon country, your choice. Odoo needs a customer on every sale order.

  • Invoices and payments

    noon→OdooReal time

    Optional: create the invoice and register the payment in Odoo for each order.

  • Stock

    Odoo→noonScheduled

    Available quantity from your Odoo warehouses, mapped onto your noon warehouses. Several warehouses can add up into one.

Setting it up

    Connect noon with a sign-in, or upload a service-account key, then choose your countries and warehouses.

  2. 2

    Connect Odoo with an API key. On Odoo 17 or later, FLUX sets up the automation rules that tell it about changes.

    Link your catalog: FLUX matches each noon listing to the Odoo product with the same SKU.

    Turn on the flows you want: orders into Odoo, stock and prices out to noon.

Limits, stated plainly

  • Orders are read-only on noon. Shipping, airway bills and marking an order out of stock still happen in noon or your warehouse system, or noon cancels the order.

  • FLUX updates listings that already exist on noon. It does not create new ones.

  • noon shares only the buyer’s name, city and region, so customers created in Odoo carry no email or phone number.

  • Stock is read from Odoo on a schedule, not the instant it changes. Automatic price updates need Odoo 17 or later; on 15 and 16 FLUX pulls on a schedule.

Questions

Does FLUX create my products on noon?

No. Listings are created in noon. FLUX links each existing listing to the Odoo product with the same SKU, then keeps its price, status and stock up to date.

Can one Odoo database feed several noon countries?

Yes. Prices are set per country with pricing rules in the connector settings, and each noon warehouse can take stock from one or several Odoo warehouses.

What happens to an order whose product is not linked yet?

FLUX holds it and retries automatically. If the product is still not linked after the retries, the order is shown with the reason, and you can run it again once it is fixed.

Does it work with Namshi too?

Yes. Namshi runs on the same noon Partner API and has its own FLUX connector, with its own prices, warehouses and orders.
