What syncs

Each flow is a step you turn on, in the direction shown. Real time means FLUX reacts to the platform’s own notifications, with scheduled pulls as a safety net.

    Each order becomes an Odoo sale order moments after checkout, with its lines matched to Odoo products.

    Registered customers are created or updated in Odoo before their orders arrive.

Setting it up

  1. 1

    Create REST API keys in WooCommerce and give them to FLUX with your store’s address.

  2. 2

    Connect Odoo with an API key. On Odoo 17 or later, FLUX sets up the automation rules itself.

  3. 3

    Products already on both sides? A Map only step links them by SKU without changing anything.

  4. 4

    Turn on the flows you want. FLUX registers the store’s webhooks for you.

Limits, stated plainly

  • Guest checkouts have no customer record, and Odoo needs one on every sale order, so those orders cannot be written to Odoo.

  • Categories sync on a schedule, because WooCommerce sends no notification when a category changes.

  • Stock is read from Odoo on a schedule, not the instant it changes.

  • Automatic updates from Odoo need Odoo 17 or later.

Questions

Does FLUX need a WordPress plugin?

No. It uses WooCommerce’s own REST API and webhooks, with API keys you create in WooCommerce.

Are variable products supported?

Yes. A variable product and its variations sync as one product with variants.

Can products go from WooCommerce into Odoo instead?

Yes. You choose the direction of each flow; products, categories and customers can go either way.
