What syncs

Each flow is a step you turn on, in the direction shown. Real time means FLUX reacts to the platform’s own notifications, with scheduled pulls as a safety net.

  • Orders

    noon→ERPNextReal time

    Each Fulfilled-by-Partner order becomes an ERPNext sales order shortly after noon announces it.

  • Customers

    noon→ERPNextReal time

    noon shares no buyer email, so FLUX creates one customer per order or one per noon country. ERPNext needs a customer on every sales order.

  • Prices and status

    ERPNext→noonScheduled

    Item prices from ERPNext, converted for each noon country with your pricing rules, plus the listing’s status.

Limits, stated plainly

  • FLUX does not read stock from ERPNext yet, so noon stock has to come from another connected system, such as Odoo or Shopify, or stay managed in noon.

  • Orders are read-only on noon: shipping still happens in noon or your warehouse system.

  • ERPNext is read on a schedule, so a price changed there reaches noon at the next pull.

  • FLUX updates listings that already exist on noon. It does not create new ones.

Questions

Can FLUX send stock from ERPNext to noon?

Not yet. FLUX reads items, item groups, customers and orders from ERPNext, but not stock levels. If Odoo or Shopify holds your stock, FLUX can send that to noon instead.

How often do ERPNext prices reach noon?

At every scheduled pull of your ERPNext items. You set the schedule on the dataflow.

Which noon orders are brought in?

Fulfilled-by-Partner orders from the countries you connect. Each is identified by its own noon order number, so split shipments never merge into one order.
